Who We Are

We are QTL Holdings, located in Medina, Ohio. We own and operate the Medina, Dayton, and Columbus locations of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and the Medina and Dayton locations of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. We are not private equity, nor do we act like a typical franchise. We offer small, local company vibes with the stability of a larger organization.

We are a locally owned and operated customer service organization - and that distinction matters. We built our locations from the ground up with one simple operating philosophy: Take care of your people, and your people will take care of your customers. Our leadership team has spent their careers in the trades, and our doors are open; our techs are never just a number.
